enrollment. If discrepancies are found, they reserve the right to cancel your registration
immediately. No refunds will be provided

Nexly retains complete ownership of all course content and
materials.
Usage
Your license allows private viewing only, not commercial sharing. Violations: Unauthorized
downloading, recording, or distribution triggers strict legal action.
Jurisdiction and Rules Governing Law:
These terms follow the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Courts
All legal disputes fall under courts located in Chennai, India. Conduct: Defamatory,
obscene, or abusive forum posts will cause immediate account termination
